Key Responsibilities:

• To serve food and drinks to ensure that guests have a great experience within Dome Casino,
• Interacting with other casino employees to ensure the smooth running which requires knowing Turkish,
• To cover morning, evening, night and weekend shifts,
• To greet all guests, using the guests' name as often as possible.
• To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene,
• To follow service excellence standards at all times.

Skills, Personal Style, and Behaviours:

• Customer service skills
• Active listening skills and a good memory for remembering different orders from different customers
• Calm demeanour to deal with demanding customers
• Being able to talk and understand Turkish
• Previous casino work desirable
